A completely detached, comfortable chalet, a short distance from the ski lift. The charming chalets, Max and Désirée, are situated side by side, making them ideal for several families or a larger group of friends (up to 16 people). Both chalets are tastefully furnished and spread over two floors.
Désirée and Max are situated in the beautiful, wooded district of Filzstein near the Duxeralm/Gerlosplatte, about a 5-minute walk from the Tellersleeplift and the 4-seater Filzteinstoeltjeslift. This chairlift takes you straight ‘onto the Platte’ and thus offers a direct connection to Königsleiten. Off-piste descents right down to the chalets are possible. It is also situated approximately 300 metres from the cross-country ski trails and the cleared walking paths.
The cosy Alpengasthof Filzstein (serving good, affordable meals) is 400 metres away. There is a supermarket at the Duxeralm valley station, approximately 1.5 km away. A bread delivery service is available.
Each chalet has three parking spaces and a ski storage room with a boot dryer and ski rack.

There is also a terrace, south-facing balcony (with seating), washing machine and internet (Wi-Fi).
Three bedrooms, two with a double bed each and one 4-person room with two bunk beds. Two bathrooms, one with bath and toilet and one with shower and toilet.
Although the chalet has 10 sleeping places, it is allowed to stay in this chalet with a maximum of 8 people.

Prima huis, lekker compact. Op de bank konden de 5 kinderen lekker zitten, maar de volwassenen moesten 's avonds chillen in de eetkamerhoek. Afstand tot de piste is wel verder dan 5 minuten lopen.
