Stars are awarded based on the following criteria: interior, appearance, square footage, location, state of repair, etc. The number of stars awarded ranges from 1 to 5.

Two typical Austrian chalets, 10 min. walk to the centre of Mayrhofen

General description

Andreas Hofer are two semi-detached chalets, built in Canadian 'log cabin' style. The chalets can be rented both separate as combined. The chalets Andreas Hofer are situated in a green area, higher up within Mayrhofen (about 10 minute walking distanceto the centre). In the cosy centre of Mayrhofen you will find several shops, bars and restaurants and within a five minute walk the nearest bus stop is situates, which will take you to the centre and the Penkenbahn in 10 minutes. With this lift you will be taken to the biggest ski area of the Zillertal.

The first slope (leading to the Ahorn cabin lift) is found at 300 metres from the chalets and this lift is found at approx. 800 metres from the accommodation. The Penkenbahn is found at a distance of 1,1 km.

The chalets are connected to each other via a shared entrance, where the boiler room and a toilet are also based. The garden has a grill and a sauna hut of 6 m². The hut can be used every other day by chalet 1 and chalet 2.

The living room is furnished in Tiroler style with solid wood furniture, wood stove (two bags of fire wood included, extra bags for an additional fee) and television. The kitchen is completely equipped with electric hotplates, oven, fridge with freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine and a cosy dining area. Furthermore the chalets have a terrace and a balcony.

In the garden you'll find a grill and the hut with sauna which is 6 m², which can be used every other day for chalet 1 and chalet 2.

On the first floor you'll find all the bedrooms. There are two bedrooms for two persons, of which one with a double bed and one with two single beds and an extra child's bed. Furthermore there is a bedroom for three persons with a double bed and a single bed. Bathroom with shower and toilet. Separated toilet.

This type is a combination of two connected chalets. The description below is applied twice.
