The Sonnenheim apartments are conveniently located near the center in the famous Mayrhofen. The bustling center is within walking distance (approx. 100 m) from the apartments. Here you can after a day of intensive skiing or snowboarding a bite to eat or drink and then easily return to your apartment on foot. The ski bus stop is about 150 meters from the apartments, it takes you to the ski lifts 'Penkenbahn' (about 800 m) and 'Ahornbahn' (1.2 km).
Mayrhofen is a cosy village in the Zillertal and has retained its typical Austrian charm despite its popularity and is also known for its cosy après-ski.
