Beautiful, unique chaletpark with (recently built) luxurious chalets and maisonettes. These chalets and maisonnettes are entirely built in Austrian style and offer all the comforts of a nice and modern place to stay. You can also find a beautiful swimming pool (Kristallbad), which grants free access to customers from Schöneben (maximum 3 hours a day, extra use for an additional fee). Furthermore, Chalet Schoneben also offers a wellness oasis and gym, which can be used for an additional fee. Other facilities, like a restaurant and barber can also be found in this area.
Thanks to its position, Wald is a unique place to go. The authentic village lies next to one of the longest cross-ski tracks of Austria (ca. 200 km) and in the midst of three skiing areas:
- Zillertal Arena (you can start from Krimml or Königsleiten)(ca. 15 minutes by car from Wald)
- Wildkolger Arena / Neukirchen am Grossvenediger (ca. 5 minutes by car from Wald)
- KitzSki Kitzbühel / Kirchberg via a cabin elevator from Hollersbach (ca. 10 minutes by car from Wald)
The ski areas can be reached by free ski bus. The bus stop is found at only 150 metres from the chalet.

There are three covered parking spots available (and outside parking) at the parking garage, where the ski storage is situated as well.
At the ground floor you'll find the entrance and a toilet. Living room with sitting area, dining table, fireplace and television. Open kitchen with e.g. a dishwasher, microwave and oven.
The living room grants you access to the spacious, covered balcony. This balcony is connected to the terrace. Washing machine, dryer and a Wi-Fi connection. Sauna room for 4 persons.
At the upper floor there are two bedrooms with two sleeping spots each. Two bathrooms, of which one with a bathtub and one with shower (the washing machine and dryer are also situated here). Both bathrooms have a toilet.
In the souterrain there are three bedrooms, of which two offer two sleeping spots and a third one with a double bed and bunk beds. Two bathrooms, of which one with bathtub and one with shower. Two toilets, of which one separated.
Bauernhaus West can be seen als a semi-detached house with Bauernhaus East. Both accommodations are a mirror image of each other (with the exception of the sauna in Bauernhaus West) and can be rented separated or as one. The accommodations have a connection on the main floor, and they can be separated with a sliding wall that's very sound proof.
