Completely renovated house in Allemond, 2 km from the cabin lift

General description

Maison Belvedère is located in friendly Allemond, in the Oisans Valley. This village is a great starting point to discover the slopes of the famous Alpe d'Huez area, but at the same time participate in the real French mountain life. Here you will find no après-ski or noisy tourists, but are still greeted by the friendly neighbor.

Maison Belvedère was rebuilt in 2020 and completely modernized by the current owner. This was done with an eye for detail and quality creating a modern mountain home. At the front door, the owner has had an outdoor power outlet installed to charge electric cars and in the house you have access to Wi-Fi. You can park 1 car in front of the door and at 150 meters from the chalet you can also park another car.

Maison Belvedère is located in the higher part of Allemond which gives you a spectacular view over the valley and the mountains of Alpe d'Huez. About 2 kilometers away you will find the Eau d'Olle Express cabin elevator. This cabin elevator takes you in just 8 minutes to the ski slopes of family-friendly Oz-en-Oisans, which is located at 1350 meters altitude. Ski lockers can be rented at the cabin elevator and there is ample free parking.

Oz-en-Oisans is in the middle of the 250-kilometer ski area and from here you can quickly go in all directions. Will you choose the relaxed part of Vaujany, with its wonderful blue slopes, or will you choose one of the black slopes that wind down from the Pic Blanc (3330 meters high!)? Do you prefer one of the many green slopes above the village of Alpe d'Huez? All of these slopes are quickly accessible.

In Oz-en-Oisans you will find everything you need for a successful winter sports, think of childcare, ski school and sunny terraces for a nice lunch or drink after a long day on the slopes.

Layout

Entrance on the first floor.

In the basement is the living room with a nice sitting area with television. From the living room you have access to two terraces with breathtaking views of the mountain world. Fully equipped kitchen with dining area, four hotplates, oven, refrigerator and dishwasher. Separate toilet on this floor.

The five bedrooms, three with two single beds each and two with a single bed each, are spacious and are located on the first and second floor. Four bedrooms have their own shower and sink. Two separate toilets, one on the first and one on the second floor. In the largest bedroom on the second floor is a 3-person sauna.
