Chalet Cap'Sud is situated in the upper part of the charming village of Vaujany, about 200 metres from the escalators that take you easily down to the lower part of the village. The escalators drop you off opposite the ski lifts, so you can start your day’s skiing straight away. Take the Vaujany-Alpette cable car up to Alpette, from where you can ski towards Oz-en-Oisans and continue further towards Alpe d’Huez via various slopes and lifts. This means you can choose a different route every day and clock up plenty of kilometres in the Alpe d’Huez Grand Domaine, with no fewer than 250 kilometres of slopes to explore. At the end of the day’s skiing, you’ll take the cable car back to Vaujany, as there’s no run down to the village.
Just a 220-metre walk away is the charming village centre, where you’ll find a supermarket, a few restaurants and bars, and various sports shops. There is also an ESF ski school in Vaujany. For a change of pace from skiing, head to the sports centre down in the village. Here you’ll find an indoor swimming pool, wellness facilities and four bowling lanes.
Chalet Cap’Sud is a spacious chalet for four people with a lovely sauna. After a day of skiing in the Alpe d’Huez Grand Domaine, you can warm up here and completely unwind. There is also a ski storage room, Wi-Fi and a garage with space for one car.
The chalet is spread over three floors.
