In the charming village of La Villette, part of the large ski area of Alpe d'Huez, lies the 17-person chalet Rostaing. The chalet has a quiet location, about 1 km from the ski village Vaujany. At about 500 meters from the chalet are two ski elevators. With the Villette-Montfrais cabin elevator you go directly to the ski area of Alpe d'Huez. You can also take the Vaujany-Villette cabin elevator to Vaujany, where the Vaujany-Alpette cabin elevator will take you directly to the Dôme des Petites Rousses, at an altitude of 2800 meters. At the end of your ski day you can ski back to La Villette. The blue slope is about 350 meters away from the chalet. From the chalet there is a free shuttle bus to the ski elevator and back.
Chalet Rostaing was originally an old farmhouse, which has been carefully restored, preserving characteristic elements. The natural stone walls and the many wood provide a cozy and warm atmosphere.
