The beautiful residence Santa Terra is conveniently located in the friendly village of Tignes-les-Brévières. The new Brévières gondola lift is located at approx. 150 metres and takes you to the Espace Killy ski area. A ski school and practice area are also located at the ski lift. After a long day of skiing you can relax on the sunny terrace near the slopes.
The cosy centre of Tignes-les-Brévières is located within a radius of 50 metres of Residence Santa Terra. Here you'll find a number of restaurants, bars, shops, a supermarket and ski rental.
The chalet-style residence Santa Terra has 32 comfortable apartments divided over 4 buildings, suitable for 2 to 10 people. All apartments are stylishly decorated and have a balcony and free Wi-Fi. In the residence you can make free use of the wellness area with an indoor pool, whirlpool, sauna, hammam and fitness room. There is also a cozy lobby with fireplace, laundry (fee) and there is bread service available.
You can park your car in the covered parking garage of the residence (subject to availability, reserve in advance). There are also two free public parking spaces in Tignes-les-Brévières.
There is a living room with a seating corner, two single sofa beds, a television, a dining table and an open kitchen with e.g. hot plates, a fridge, microwave, oven, coffee machine, electric kettle, toaster and a dishwasher. Moreover, there is a free Wi-Fi internet connection and a balcony.
One bedroom with a double bed. One cabin with a bunk bed (officially a child under 6 years old is not allowed to sleep in the top bunk). Bathroom with bath. Separate toilet.
Although this apartment has 6 sleeping places, the maximum number of people allowed is 5.
