Résidence Le Grand Tichot A et B is a conveniently located résidence in Tignes, in the Val Claret district. On the first floor of the résidence are several stores located such as a supermarket, restaurant and bakery.
The résidence is very close to the slopes and about 150 meters from both the 'Tufs' chairlift and the smaller 'Tichot' ski elevator. The ski school is also located 150 meters away. The ski bus stops right in front of Le Grand Tichot and takes you to the other parts of Tignes. The Tignes sports center and indoor swimming pool are located 800 meters away.
The residence has an elevator. Furthermore, this apartment has its own covered parking space (height: 1.90 meters).
This renovated apartment has the entrance on the fifth floor and is spread over two floors.
Living room furnished with lots of wood with a sitting area, television and a dining area. Fully equipped kitchen with a refrigerator, ceramic hob, microwave, oven, coffee maker and dishwasher, among other things. Furthermore, the apartment has two balconies, one facing southwest and one facing northeast, with panoramic mountain views. The apartment also has two ski lockers, an extra refrigerator, internet (Wi-Fi) and a washing machine.
Two bedrooms on the first floor, one with a double bed (160 x 190 cm) and a television and one with two single beds. Two upstairs bedrooms, each with two bunk beds. Three bathrooms, two each with a shower and one with a bathtub. Two toilets, one of which is separate.

Great apartment for the price for 12 people, though would be a squeeze for max occupation. Perfect location.
