Residence Le Grand Tichot A et B is a conveniently located residence in the village of Tignes, in the Val Claret area. On the ground floor of the residence are several shops situated like a supermarket, a restaurant and a bakery.
The Residence is found nearby the piste and at ca. 150 metres from both the ‘Tufs’ chairlift and the ‘Tichot’ ski lift. Moreover, the ski school is found at 150 metres and the ski bus departs in front of the Le Grand Tichot and leads to the other parts of Tignes. The sport centre of Tignes and the indoor pool are situated at ca. 800 metres.
The residence has an elevator. Furthermore the apartment has a private, covered parking spot (height: 1.90 meter).
This renovated apartmenthas its entrance on the fifth floor and is divided over two floors.
There is a living room with lots of wooden aspects, a sitting corner with TV and a dining corner. The fully equipped kitchen e.g. has a fridge, ceramic hot plates, microwave, oven, coffee machine and a dishwasher. Moreover, the appartment has two balconies, of which one facing South-West and one balcony facing North-East with a panoramic view over the mountains. The apartment has two ski lockers, an extra fridge, Wi-Fi internet connection and a washing machine.
Two bedrooms on the ground floor, of which one with a double bed (160 x 190 cm) and a TV and one bedroom with two single beds. Two bedrooms are situated on the top floor, each with two bunk beds. Three bathrooms, of which two with each a shower and one bathroom with a bath. Two toilets, of which one separate.

Great apartment for the price for 12 people, though would be a squeeze for max occupation. Perfect location.
