Chalet apartments built in traditional Savoyard style with great attention to space and privacy, located in the chalet district of Les Eucherts in La Rosière. Les Balcons de la Rosière consists of eight chalets housing the apartments. At no more than 150 meters you will find the first chairlift (Eucherts Express) and it is possible to ski back to the apartments (when there is enough snow). With this fast chairlift you have access to the more than 150 kilometers of slopes this area has to offer. The special thing about this area is that you can ski in both France and Italy. That means breakfast with a delicious fresh croissant, while you enjoy lunch with a real Italian pizza or pasta. Truly the best of both worlds in one vacation!
In the immediate vicinity of Les Balcons de La Rosière you will find a number of stores, ski rentals, bowling, restaurants, bars and terraces. The ski school and tourist office are also 150 meters away. More facilities can be found in the (old) center of La Rosière, located about 1 kilometer away and is accessible on foot via a special footpath (lit at night).
In the résidence is the Italian restaurant Le Rosa where you can enjoy lunch and dinner. There is also a Sherpa supermarket in the residence, here you can also arrange sandwich service.
