From December 2025, Residence Serra Neva will open its doors. Located at the edge of the Villeneuve district, about 700 meters from the Pontillas gondola lift, this residence is an ideal base for a winter sports vacation. The Pontillas gondola elevator takes you directly into the vast ski area of Le Grand Serre-Chevalier. With over 250 kilometers of slopes, this ski area is suitable for both beginners and experienced skiers. The ski bus stops about 150 meters from the residence and takes you to the elevator in 5 minutes. About 900 meters away are several sports stores, ski rentals, a supermarket and some restaurants.
Residence Serra Neva offers everything you need to relax after a day on the slopes. Take a dip in the heated outdoor pool or unwind in the wellness area with sauna and hammam. It is also possible to book massage and beauty treatments for a fee. Furthermore, each apartment has its own ski locker.
In the residence you will find a reception with a cozy lounge and fireplace. Thanks to the sandwich service and breakfast service your stay will be extra pleasant and carefree (extra charge). There is also a kids club (4 to 10 years old, pre-booked and subject to availability), a gameroom for teenagers (11 to 17 years old), parking garage (extra charge) and the possibility of charging an electric car (at a local rate).

Cozy living room with a 2-person sofa bed, television, cozy fireplace and a dining table. Kitchen with hotplates, kettle, coffee maker, refrigerator and dishwasher, among other things. This type also has a balcony or terrace.
In total there are three bedrooms, three of which each have a double bed or two single beds. Or two bedrooms, each with a double bed or two single beds and a cabin with a bunk bed. Two bathrooms, one with a bathtub and one with a shower. Two toilets.
