Residence Serra Neva will open its doors in December 2025. Situated on the outskirts of the Villeneuve district, around 700 metres from the Pontillas cable car, this residence is an ideal base for a winter sports holiday. The Pontillas gondola lift takes you straight into the vast Le Grand Serre-Chevalier ski area. With over 250 kilometres of slopes, this ski area is suitable for both beginners and experienced skiers. The ski bus stops about 150 metres from the residence and takes you to the lift in 5 minutes. Within a radius of about 900 metres, you’ll find several sports shops, ski hire outlets, a supermarket and a few restaurants.
Residence Serra Neva offers everything you need to relax after a day on the slopes. Take a dip in the heated outdoor swimming pool or unwind in the wellness area with a sauna and hammam. It is also possible to book massage and beauty treatments for a fee. Club MMV Le Serra Neva offers entertainment and activities for all ages, both during the day and in the evening. There is a kids’ club (ages 4 to 10, to be booked in advance and subject to availability), a teens’ club (ages 11 to 17, during school holidays only) and a games room for teenagers.
In the residence, you’ll find a reception area with a cosy lounge and an open fireplace. The bread roll and breakfast services make your stay even more pleasant and carefree (for a fee). There is an underground car park (for a fee) and facilities for charging electric cars (at local rates). Furthermore, each flat has its own ski locker.
On request, this accommodation can also be booked from Sunday to Sunday.
Cozy living room with a 2-person sofa bed, television, cozy fireplace and a dining table. Kitchen with hotplates, kettle, coffee maker, refrigerator and a dishwasher, among other things. This type also has a balcony or terrace.
