Chalet Le Loup is located about 200 meters from the slopes and the Diable chairlift. This lift takes you to an altitude of 2400 meters and you have further connection to the glacier. We were there with a group of 14 people. The biggest disadvantage of the accommodation was that we hardly had any hot water as one of the two boilers was broken. Instead of 600 liters, we only had 300 liters of hot water, which was not enough for 14 people plus cooking/dishwashing. The janitor came on the 3rd day, repaired the fuse on the boiler, but a day later the boiler was broken again. As a result, most of us only showered with cold water, which is more hostel level, but not chalet level. The second negative point is the cleanliness. Chalet was very badly cleaned, cleaning company barely mopped the floor and didn't check the dishes of the last guests, everything was very dirty and we had to wash everything again. Shower and sink were very clogged, hair was in it. The last point is the insulation. As the chalet is made of wood, the chalet has 0% insulation.
