Luxurious detached chalets, directly at the slopes of Les Menuires

General description

Le Hameau des Marmottes is a beautiful chalet park sandwiched between two blue slopes in Preyerand - Les Menuires. Because of this location, you'll be on your way quickly in the morning and get back easily at the end of the day too! The chairlifts of Tortellet and Le Bettex are located in the immediate vicinity of the chalets and are ski-accessible on the easy blue slopes. The center of Les Menuires is easy to reach using the "Preyerand" passenger elevator (it also runs in the evening). Furthermore, the free ski bus to the center runs all day through the district (1 stop at the bottom of the district and 1 at the top).

The park consists of 22 spacious, detached chalets and three chalet-style apartment buildings, each with 12 luxury apartments. All chalets are privately owned and therefore differ in furnishings. If there is enough snow, you can ski back to the chalets.

These luxury chalets are stylishly built using lots of wood, all have a large balcony and have Wi-Fi connection (free). They are very well cared for and attractively furnished. In terms of size, all chalets in this park are the same, only the layout may differ.

Near the chalet park you will find a bakery, but it is also possible to have sandwiches delivered to your door, which is easy! Furthermore, within walking distance you will find a number of restaurants, a small supermarket and ski rental. The ski school is in the center and here you will also find many cozy terraces in the ''ski-kom'' of Les Menuires.

You can park your car on one of the parking lots of the park.

This chalet is situated in the upper part of the chalet park where the blue "Bettex" slope runs along the chalet. Skiing upto your front door is almost guaranteed during the entire season. Go on your way in the morning by taking the blue slope to the Tortollet chair lift, this lift will take you to the centre of Les Menuires. You could also take the Rocher Noir chair lift which is situated next to the Tortollet lift. This Rocher Noir lift will take you up the Pointe de la Masse. This is the most peacefull (and probably most beautiful) part of the ski area where the sun shows itself first in the morning. Here you can enjoy blue and red slopes!

Layout

Bright living room at the ground floor level with a natural stone fire place, TV with DVD-player and a comfortable sitting corner with nice sofas. The sitting corner is suitable for 10 persons, others can join be adding a dining chair. The dining table is big enough for 16 persons to dine together. Fully equipped kitchen with e.g. hotplates, an oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, coffee machine, electric kettle and a dishwasher. From the living room you have direct access to the large balcony with a fantastic view over the slope and surrounding mountains.

On the ground floor there is one bedroom with two single beds and an en-suite bathroom with shower and toilet. In the souterrain there are four bedrooms, of which three with each two single beds and one bedroom with a double bed. Four en-suite bathrooms, of which two with a shower and two bathrooms with a shower and a toilet. Separate toilet on this floor as well.

On the highest floor there are three bedrooms with each two single beds. Two bathrooms, of which one with a shower and toilet and one bathroom with a bath and toilet.

On the outside of the chalet, close to the front door there is a ski storage. Your shoes can be stored in the cabinet behind the front door. The bench under the covered entrance makes it easy and comfortable to put on and take of your shoes.
