Versatile Ski Area in the Heart of the French Alps

Centrally located, in green surroundings, at the ski area La Plagne
La Plagne is formed by eleven villages and one of these villages is Plagne 1800, situated in a woody environment and distinguishes itself from the other villages due to its charming, detached and small wooden chalets-apartments. In the village you will find a ski school, ski rental, several restaurants and a great variety of bars.
Plagne 1800 is centrally located in the ski area. From the village there are two modern chair lifts departing into the ski area, where you can enjoy over 200 km of slopes and due to its connecting with the ski area of Les Arcs these areas offer together 425 km of pistes. Snowboarders can find two snow parks is La Plagne and on a weekly basis a boarder cross is organized.
There is an offer of 100 km of cross-country trails, leading through the wild landscape and is situated throughout the entire ski area. Access to the trails is free of charge.
There are also big-foot tours organized in the area. To apply for one of these tours you need to be at the Ecole du Ski Francais, Evolution 2 or Espace Montagne.
