Apartments at 150 meters from the slope in Valloire, with sauna

General description

The L'Alpe de Virgile apartment block is situated in the Les Verneys neighbourhood, about 2 km outside the centre of Valloire. The block comprises four apartments. Just a 150-metre walk from the apartments, you’ll find the Verneys slope and chairlift, which takes you into the Galibier-Thabor ski area (150 km of slopes). At the top of the chairlift, you can ski down to the centre of Valloire or towards Valmeinier. There is also a ski school, ski hire and a ski bus stop next to the chairlift.

The ski bus takes you to the centre of Valloire, which offers a wide range of restaurants, bars and shops. About 150 metres from the apartments, you’ll find a bakery and a few bars and restaurants.

The communal entrance features a ski locker and a ski boot dryer. L’Alpe de Virgile has a private car park.

Layout

This flat is on the ground floor.

Living room with a double sofa bed (130 x 190), television, dining area and a fully equipped kitchen including a ceramic hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher and fridge-freezer. The flat also features Wi-Fi internet access and a south-facing balcony.

Two bedrooms, one with a double bed (160 x 200) and one with a sofa bed (130 x 190). Bathroom with shower, hairdryer and toilet.

Although this flat has more sleeping places, the maximum permitted occupancy is 5 people.
