Casa Iris offers three spacious apartments for 6 people and is quietly located just 200 meters the main street of the village of Falcade in the Italian Dolomites. There are several stores and restaurants within walking distance. The gondola is about a 5-minute drive from the apartments; and the ski bus stops about 250 meters from Casa Iris. Near the gondola you will find the ski school, a ski rental store and a bar.
The Molino - Le Buse gondola takes you to an altitude of 1890 meters in the ski area of Alpe Lusia-San Pellegrino. This ski area with 100 kilometers of slopes is mainly visited by Italian winter sports guests and mass tourism is unknown here. Enjoy the wide slopes, tranquility and beautiful views. Falcade also offers cross-country ski trails, an ice skating rink and the possibility of snowshoeing.
At Casa Iris there is a communal garden and a ski storage room in the building. Furthermore, there are parking spaces.

This is a combination of three 6-bed apartments located in one building and connected by the stairwell. Therefore, the description below applies three times:
Living room with sitting area, television and dining area. Kitchen with, among other things, hotplates, refrigerator with freezer, oven, Italian coffee maker (Moka) and kettle. There is also a large balcony or terrace facing south.
Two bedrooms each with a double bed. One bedroom with two single beds. Bathroom with shower, toilet, bidet and washing machine.
