Modern and luxurious apartments with a view over the Lake of Alleghe

General description

Apartment complex Regina is located at the lake of the mountain village Alleghe. The center with shops and restaurants is 900 meters away. The ski lift is located at about 700 meters. At 50 meters from the residence a ski bus stops and so the cabin lift is easily accessible. It is also easy to drive your own car to the lift, because there is a large parking lot (free). There is no lift in the apartment complex.

Many apartments have a beautiful view over the lake of Alleghe. In the basement of the apartment complex is a ski storage room. There are also covered and open parking spaces.

Layout

There is a living room with a seating area, a television and a dining corner. The kitchen is equipped with e.g. a stove, a fridge with freezer compartment and an oven. Moreover, there is a balcony with a view over the lake.

There is one bedroom with a double bed and one bedroom with two single beds. Two bathrooms, one en-suite, with a shower. There is one separate toilet.
