Our accommodations are divided into different categories. The number of stars indicates the quality of the accommodation.

Stars are awarded based on the following criteria: interior, appearance, square footage, location, state of repair, etc. The number of stars awarded ranges from 1 to 5.

Spacious chalet for 24 persons in Selva di Val Gardena, 350 m from the ski lift

General description

Chalet Nëidia is a spacious and cozy chalet for as many as 25 people, located in a quiet location at the top of the village of Selva (Wolkenstein). Just 350 meters away is the ski elevator Nives, which takes you into the beautiful ski area of Val Gardena with no less than 181 kilometers of slopes. In addition, you can also ski the famous Sella Ronda, an impressive tour of three other ski areas Val di Fassa, Alta Badia and Arabba-Marmolada with a total of 485 kilometers of slopes. The ski area therefore offers plenty of opportunities, both for beginners and experienced skiers. After a wonderful day in the snow, you can use the ski storage room at the chalet and there is parking at the chalet.

The center of Selva (Wolkenstein) is small but well equipped. Among other things, you will find a supermarket, some restaurants, stores and sports stores.

Chalet Nëidia is rented including catering service. So you do not have to worry about anything and can fully enjoy everything the area has to offer!

Catering includes:
7x Breakfast Buffet; including coffee, tea, fruit juice, French bread, (chocolate) croissants, cheese, various cold cuts and sweet toppings.
2x Dinner, including a cozy pizza night and a cozy fondue night in the chalet. Because the kitchen is not available, this creates a perfect opportunity to spend the other evenings eating out together. In the area you will find a number of nice restaurants and the staff will gladly advise you.

Throughout the day, drinks (except strong alcoholic drinks and in reasonable moderation) are included.

Layout

The chalet is spread over three floors.

Cozy living room with several sitting areas and beautiful views.

There are eleven bedrooms in total, six of which each have a double bed and three each have a double bed and a single bed. Two bedrooms each have a single bed. Two additional folding beds can be added, making room for up to 25 people. Each room has a bathroom with a shower, toilet and sink.

To provide optimal service, the chalet staff also stay in the chalet. They have their own bedroom and bathroom, which are not described further in the text.
