Large, luxurious chalet with private sauna and fire place in Nendaz

General description

The beautiful chalet Les Bonheurs with private sauna is located in the family-friendly winter sports village of Nendaz, in the heart of Les Quatre Vallées. Depending on the snow conditions you can put on your skis in the morning after only 150 meters of walking and then ski to the slopes. This piste leads to the gondola lift in the centre of Nendaz, which will take you to Tracouet (2200 m). Here you will find a number of children's lifts, a snow garden and a restaurant and from here you can ski in the direction of Siviez. Siviez is the center of Les Quatre Vallées, where you can go in different directions in this skia area, that has more than 400 km of slopes. At the end of your skiing day you can ski back close to the chalet.

The distance by road to the gondola lift is about 700 meters. There is a parking garage where you can park your car for a fee. Also the center of Nendaz is about 700 meters from chalet Les Bonheurs. Here you will find a wide range of restaurants, bars and shops, supermarkets, ski schools, an ice skating rink and a large wellness center.

Les Bonheurs is a very spacious and tastefully decorated chalet, equipped with all comforts. The living room has several sitting areas, a cozy fireplace and large windows with stunning views on the surrounding mountains and the Rhone valley. After a day in the snow you can relax in the chalet in your own sauna. Furthermore, the chalet is equipped with a heated storage room for skis and ski boots, a laundry room and a Wi-Fi internet connection. Both on the east and west side of the chalet there is a terrace and there are three balconies.

The chalet can be reached via a steep road, it is therefore recommended to bring snow chains. At the chalet there is parking space for two cars. Other cars can be parked along the side of the road.

Layout

This chalet is divided over three floors.

On the ground floor there is a spacious living room with a sitting area by the fireplace, second sitting area with television and DVD player, dining area and a fully equipped open kitchen with bar, including a 5-burner induction hob, fridge, freezer, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker and kettle. Furthermore, this chalet has a room with sauna (4-6 persons) and two showers, laundry room with washing machine and dryer, Wi-Fi internet connection, Bose stereo system, bike trainer, underfloor heating, heated ski storage, three balconies and two terraces.

In both the basement and on the first floor there are each two bedrooms with a double bed (160 x 200 cm). On the ground floor there is one bedroom with a double sofa bed (160 x 200 cm). Four en-suite bathrooms each with a bath and/or shower and toilet. One separate toilet.
