With an altitude of 3330 meter the Mont Fort is the highest mountain of the range. From the top one can enjoy an amazing view and the valley can be reached over a 15 km long mogul slope. This slope is one of the longest and most beautiful runs of the Alps. From the village Verbier the ski lifts depart to the Attelas and for the advance skiers the Mont Gelé can be reached if another lift is caught. The Mont Gelé is only allowed for experienced skiers as the slopes from here are extremely descending.
In addition one can also find challenging powder runs at the backside of the Greppon Blanc (nearby the villages Siviez, Veysonnaz and Nendaz). For the beginners there is a variety of more convenient runs available at the slopes situated lower around La Tzoumaz and Verbier. For snowboarders there are three fun parks offered in the region.
