General description

Apartment building Sonnhof is quietly situated at a sunny location, on a hill and at the outskirts of the charming village of Ladis. The Sonnenbahn ski lift that will bring you directly into the ski area of Serfaus / Fiss / Ladis is situated at 100 metres from the apartments. At the ski lift you will also find a bus stop, a ski school and a cross-country trail.

The centre of the authentic winter sport village Ladis features the castle of Laudegg and is situated at 600 metres from the chalet. Here you will find e.g. a supermarket, shops, restaurants and bars. The nearest restaurant is located approximately 50 metres from the apartment house. In the village of Fiss there is an even wider offer in facilities and après-ski options.

Apartment building Sonnhof was built in 2008 and consists of eight comfortable apartments. It features a spacious wellness area with a sauna, steam bath and relaxation area where you can relax after a long day on the slopes. Massages are also available (for an additional fee). Moreover, there is an elevator, a communal ski storage, a terrace with garden furniture and stunning views of the surrounding mountains. All apartments have internet (Wi-Fi, request when booking). Bread service, breakfast and half board arrangements can are available on request. There are free parking available near the apartments.

There is a comfortable living room with a seating corner and a dining area. The fully equipped open kitchen has e.g. four hotplates, a fridge, a microwave and a dishwasher. Moreover, there is one parkingplace, Internet (Wi-Fi) and a balcony with a beautiful view.
