Apartments Falken are luxury apartments in the center of Kaprun. The apartments are modern and have a warm atmosphere. At less than 400 meters you will find the Lechnerberg elevator and 1 km away is the Maiskogelbahn that takes you directly to the entire ski area of Kaprun. Would you rather spend a day in another area? The free ski bus stops 70 meters from the apartment and takes you to the ski resort of Zell am See. From here you can even go to the ski area of Saalbach/Hinterglemm/Leogang/Fieberbrunn. Your pass is valid for all these areas.
From the apartments you can walk straight into the center of Kaprun. Here you will find a wide choice of stores, bars and restaurants as well as a cozy aprés-ski.
Apartments Falken have an elevator and a communal washing machine and dryer. There is one parking space per apartment in the garage and a second one outside.
This type is located on the second floor.
Living room with sitting area, television and dining area. Fully equipped kitchen with, among other things, four ceramic hobs, refrigerator with freezer compartment, dishwasher, combination microwave, coffee maker (filter), kettle and toaster.
Two bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with a double bed and double bunk bed (see photo for explanation). Two bathrooms each with a shower, sink and toilet.
There are also three balconies.
