Apartments Falken are luxury apartments in the center of Kaprun. The apartments are modernly furnished and have a warm cozy atmosphere. Less than 400 meters away you will find the Lechnerberg elevator and 1 km away is the Maiskogelbahn which takes you directly to the entire ski area of Kaprun. Would you rather go to another area for a day? The free ski bus stops 70 meters from the apartment and takes you to the ski area of Zell am See. From here you can even go to the ski area of Saalbach/Hinterglemm/Leogang/Fieberbrunn. This is because your pass is valid for all mentioned areas.
From the apartments you can walk straight into the center of Kaprun. Here you will find a wide selection of stores, bars and restaurants as well as a cozy aprés-ski.

Cozy furnished apartment. Equipped with many conveniences and comforts. We were there with 5. With 6 we would not recommend, because then someone sleeps in the living room. We immediately booked it again for next year.
