Rustic chalet-apartment in Aschau im Zillertal

General description

Annelies is a rustic chalet-apartment, quietly located on the sunny hill of Aschau im Zillertal, in the area of Tiefenbach. The downhill ski slope (only for experienced skiers) to Aschau (ski area Hochzillertal-Hochfügen) is found at only 200 metres distance from the chalet. From Aschau there are several ski areas accessible by free ski bus (200 meter distance) or by car. At 6.9 km from the accommodation there is a ski lift situated, leading to Kaltenbach and offering access to the Hochfügen-Hochzillertal ski area. From Zell am Ziller, found at 6 km, you can access the ski area of the Zillertal Arena.

The cosy centre of Aschau is found at 2.5 km from the chalet where you will find a supermarket, several restaurants and a number of bars.

The chalet has three apartments and features free Internet (Wi-Fi), a common ski storage room and is accessible via a mountain road; it is therefore recommended to make use of snow chains! At the chalet is parking available.

Rented materials need to be picked up in Kaltenbach – directly at the ski lift the rental shop is situated.

Layout

This apartment type is situated on the first floor.

There is a comfortable living room with a seating/dining corner, a television, and a wood stove. The fully equipped open kitchen has e.g. a ceramic stove, a fridge, a freezer, an oven, a dishwasher, a coffee machine and a kettle. Moreover, there is free Internet (Wi-Fi), a spacious balcony with furniture and a beautiful view over the surrounding mountains.

There are three bedrooms, one with a double bed and a sink, one with a double bed, a television and access to the balcony and one bedroom with a double bed and a single bed, a sink and access to the balcony. There is one bathroom with a bath and one separate toilet.
