Just 100 meters walking distance from the slopes and ski elevators of Tignes Le Lac, lies the résidence Phoenix, renovated in 2019. The ski elevators of Tignes Le Lac take you into the Tignes - Val d'Isère ski area, where no less than 300 kilometers of varied slopes can be found. The résidence consists of 27 apartments all comfortably furnished and equipped with a spacious south-facing balcony overlooking the lake and the Grande Motte glacier.
Résidence Phoenix is centrally located to all kinds of amenities. Around the residence you will find a Sherpa supermarket, several ski shops with ski rentals and several restaurants and bars. Furthermore, opposite the residence is the Lagon Aquacenter with an indoor pool (free access with the Tignes - Val d'Isère ski pass) and various wellness and fitness facilities. The ESF ski school is located near the ski elevators.
In Tignes you can park your car in one of the public parking garages or on one of the public parking lots in the village (for a fee and reservation in advance via https://en.tignes.net/holidays/car-parks).
Living room with sitting area, television, a dining table and a fully equipped kitchen including an induction hob, fridge (with freezer compartment), oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker and washing machine. From the living room you have access to a south-facing balcony. Furthermore, this apartment has two ski lockers with ski boot dryers and a Wi-Fi Internet connection.
Two bedrooms, each with a double bed and en-suite bathroom with shower and toilet. One bedroom with two double beds and en-suite bathroom with shower. The third bedroom has a bunk bed with trundle bed.
