CGH résidence L'Alpaga is a new 4-star résidence (opened in late 2020) and is located in the higher part of the village of La Toussuire. An ideal location at the top of a beginner's area with carpet elevator and about 200 meters from the real slopes that connect to the Les Sybelles ski area (310 km of slopes). In the morning you walk up 200 meters, then take the blue Comborcière piste. This slope ends in the ski bowl of La Toussuire. Here you will find several elevators, as well as the ski school and some sunny terraces. At the end of the ski day you can ski back to the residence (depending on snow conditions). The center of La Toussuire, with all the necessary facilities for a great winter sport, is about 750 meters away.

It is a nicely set up apartment complex. Although quite large and it was some searching for the right way to find to the apartment or the ski box. Even if you do not or want to be less on the slopes then you can in the apartment complex have a good time in the sauna, game room, pool or gym. The complex can be reached via a steep road, not very long but worth mentioning. Parking is ( especially on arrival, when everyone wants to unpack their car ) a problem. Few places to park outside, at most 15 spots already occupied. There is possibility to put your luggage in a special hold and then bring it to your apartment later if you are earlier. You can then park your car in the village center if you don't want to use the parking garage. The bus runs with regularity , a good alternative to your own car. The entry height of the parking garage under the complex is 2.10. For us too low so we had to take the ski box off the car, we could put it behind the car or in a bike shed. They do think about that. What is very nice are the ski boxes, per apartment everyone has a ski box downstairs where you can store your skis and shoes , heated so you can step into warm ski boots in the morning. The wifi in the apartment was bad ( when we were there also problems with the general internet, possibly this was the cause .Have not gone after this)
