CGH Résidence L'Alpaga is a 5-star residence situated in the upper part of the village of La Toussuire. It is ideally situated at the top of a beginners’ area with a magic carpet lift and approximately 200 metres from the main piste that links up with the Les Sybelles ski area (310 km of pistes). In the morning, you walk 200 metres uphill, then take the blue Comborcière run. This run ends in the La Toussuire ski basin. Here you’ll find various lifts, as well as the ski school and a number of sunny terraces. At the end of the day’s skiing, you can ski back to the residence (subject to snow conditions). The centre of La Toussuire, with all the facilities you need for a great winter sports holiday, is about 750 metres away.
Résidence L’Alpaga features a lovely wellness centre including a swimming pool with a separate children’s pool, sauna, hammam, whirlpool, salt cave and a gym; these facilities are free to use. Wi-Fi is available in all apartments (one access code per apartment). The residence also has ski lockers and ski boot dryers. A bread delivery service can be arranged via reception.
A beautifully furnished and very comfortable living room, featuring, amongst other things, a sofa bed for two people, a television and a dining area. Fully equipped kitchen, including a 4-ring ceramic hob, oven, fridge, dishwasher, coffee machine (Nespresso), kettle, blender and toaster. There is also a terrace or balcony.
One bedroom with a double bed and one bedroom with two single beds. Two bathrooms, one with a bathtub and one with a shower. Two toilets.

very nice apartment complex, friendly people, only the location in relation to the slopes/ski schools is a minus point The location of l'Alpaga for novice skiers is difficult to return skiing. The ski schools all start from the central lifts and it is certainly a long walk for children, so you are then dependent on the ski bus or your own car to get started. The flat was absolutely great! un-French spacious with several balconies and nice views. Only the beds were very hard though, a topper would not be a luxury. Whether we will come here again next time I do not know yet due to the lesser accessibility to the slopes/ski schools.

Pluses: charming apartment, close to the slopes, pleasantly laid out for the six of us; well-kept, nice big balcony, comfortable. Cons: small bedrooms, carpeting (so dusty), lighting as if you were in a laboratory and hard uncomfortable dining room chairs. But that didn't spoil the fun.

Very nice neat apartment. Not far walk to the slopes (indoor 200 meters). Top facilities (sauna, pool) and beautiful scenery. Town has plenty to do but everything closes very early. Ski slope very large and great for beginners.

Beautiful, spacious accommodation in nice location. Close to the slopes and completely ski back to the complex. Easy to get to and from the village, even walking (if you do have good mobility). However, the complex is a maze (and there are no maps). Information, cleaning and spa (including cold hot tubs and steam rooms) need attention.

While the ski area is very extensive, it does have outdated chairlifts.
