General description
(The text below has been automatically translated)
In December 2020, the brand-new, luxury residence L'Etoile des Sybelles opened its doors. This ski-in, ski-out residence is situated in Le Corbier, in the heart of Les Sybelles. In the morning, you can step straight onto the slopes and ski to the Sybelles Express chairlift (approx. 100 metres), which takes you to Point du Corbier at an altitude of 2,265 metres. The meeting point for ski lessons is about 250 metres from the residence. A few restaurants and shops in the centre of Le Corbier are around 200 metres from the residence.
After an active day in the snow, you can relax in the residence’s heated indoor and outdoor swimming pools, sauna and hammam (free use during your stay). It is also possible to book massage and beauty treatments for a fee. Club MMV Etoile des Sybelles offers entertainment and activities for all ages during the day and in the evening. There is a kids’ club (ages 4 to 10, to be booked in advance and subject to availability), a teen club (ages 11 to 17, during school holidays only), a games room for teenagers and a baby club (12 months to 3 years, subject to prior booking and a charge).
The apartments at L’Etoile des Sybelles are tastefully and modernly furnished and feature a balcony, a ski locker with a ski boot dryer and free Wi-Fi. The residence also has a reception area with a lobby and a fireplace, a washing machine and tumble dryer, a luggage storage room and a bread delivery service available. There are covered and uncovered parking spaces at the residence (subject to a charge, must be booked in advance).

Tastefully furnished living room with sitting area, sofa bed for 2 persons, television, fireplace and dining table. Fully equipped kitchen with ceramic hobs, dishwasher, combination oven, fridge with freezer, kettle and (filter) coffee maker. Balcony or terrace.
Four bedrooms, one with two single beds (which can be pushed together as a double bed) and three each with a double bed or two single beds. Three bathrooms, one with bath and hairdryer, one with shower and one with shower and toilet. Separate toilet.
Nice practical flats with all the necessary amenities and big plus is the equipment room and proximity to the ski slope, but 2 definite Minuses:
- There are too few sofa seats in the flat.
- Noise between floors

Top location and beautiful and well equipped apartment. We were 4 people in 10 person apartment then it is spacious enough. We all like to sleep in our own bedroom.

Nice apartment. Not too big but fine. However, noisy and some drafts from outside. But above all an excellent stay.

Pleasant overall.
Rooms and beds are somewhat small, and the kitchen equipment is rather limited.

The building is very noise sensitive.
You have to walk quietly or you will have the downstairs neighbors visiting like we had.
I actually came to snowboard and not to fight with a crazy Frenchman :-)
Otherwise super location with everything available.

The apartment was smaller than expected. We had an apartment of 8-10 but there were six of us and two babies and it was quite cramped. Furthermore, it was very noisy. The location was very close to the slopes and the ski shed was fine, spacious and easily accessible. The pool was very nice and when we were there ( mid-March ) it was not crowded. There were plenty of places to eat nearby and cooking for yourself was also fine, there is a small supermarket within walking distance. All in all a great place and a little noise you can survive for a few days....
