Résidence Le Balcon des Neiges is located in the authentic village of Saint Sorlin d'Arves. An ideal winter sports destination, which is known for its sunny location and good snow conditions. The ski slope is about 150 meters away and through this slope you can easily ski to the chairlift 'Les Choseau' (about 400 meters). From here you have several possibilities to discover the Les Sybelles ski area.
In the center of Saint Sorlin d'Arves you will find several stores, restaurants, childcare and a ski school. There are also plenty of cozy après-ski options to end the days together. The center is about 600 meters away, but guests of résidence Le Balcon des Neiges can use the free shuttle bus.
The résidence has a heated indoor pool (to be used from December 21, 2024) and a sauna (for a fee). Furthermore, there is plenty of parking at the résidence, as there is an outdoor parking lot (free) and a covered parking lot (fee).
Youth groups are not allowed in this accommodation.
Comfortable living room with a single sofa bed and trundle bed, television and access to the balcony. Fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, kettle and toaster, among other things.
Two bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with a bunk bed. Bedroom with a bunk bed. Bathroom with bath or shower and separate toilet.
This type may be spread over two floors.
