In February 2018, Résidence Les Balcons Etoiles opened its doors in the charming winter sports village of Champagny en Vanoise. This newly built résidence is located in a very convenient location in the village, right by the slopes, cabin elevator and ski school. The cabin elevator takes you in about 8 minutes to the slopes of the La Plagne ski area. The center of Champagny and Vanoise is only 100 meters away from the residence. Here you will find a supermarket, various (sports) stores, restaurants and bars.
Les Balcons Etoiles has comfortable apartments for 4 to 10 people, divided into two chalet buildings with elevator. The apartments are all equipped with a Wi-Fi internet connection, a private ski storage room with ski boot dryers and a balcony facing southwest with an unobstructed view of the village and surrounding mountains. Parking is available on free public parking lots, located just 20 meters from the résidence.
Living room with a 2-person sofa bed, television, DVD player, dining table and a fully equipped kitchen with a stove, refrigerator (with freezer), microwave oven, cafetière, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, toaster and dishwasher. From the living room you have access to a balcony facing southwest. There is Wi-Fi in the apartment and a combi washer and dryer.
Three bedrooms, one with a double bed and two with two single beds each. Two bathrooms, one with shower, hairdryer and toilet and one with bath. Separate toilet.
