Oz-en-Oisans

Oz en Oisans is a modern, but atmospheric built village among the pine forests. It is one of the five villages in the Grand Domaine ski area, where the famous Alpe d'Huez is also part of. Oz and Oisans is directly found at the foot of the pistes and can be reached by ski during the whole season.

Thanks to two modern and fast cable cars you can directly access the whole ski area of Alpe d'Huez. Beginning skiers can enjoy themselves at the gentle green slopes, which can be reached through the green lifts. Advanced skiers can easily access all the pistes this resort has to offer. The pistes that are near Vaujany (accessed with the Alpette lift) are well-tended and easier, surrounded by trees and are argued to be the most beautiful pistes this area has to offer.

The centre of Oz en Oisans is car free and there are several shops and bars. There are a couple of restaurants with terraces, several sport stores, a supermarket and numerous other shops to be found in the village. The ESF ski school is located in the centre where they offer ski lessons, but also daycare for the youngest kids.

In short, Oz en Oisans is a really nice village for you to celebrate your winter holiday! It has modern facilities but also comfortable, cosy chalets and apartments.
