The busiest weeks are, of course, the weeks that coincide with school holidays, such as Christmas and the spring break. The absolute best weeks for a skiing holiday are in January, February, and yes, even March. In January and February, the snow conditions are excellent, and in March, it can still snow heavily, but you generally also have lovely sunshine.
